Three words that started as a team name and became how I work. Here is how I got here.
The Start
Where it began.
I was born in Indonesia and moved to Singapore at eight years old. I grew up in a small HDB flat on Circuit Road, studied business informatics at Nanyang Polytechnic, and served as a Platoon Commander in the Republic of Singapore Air Force. I did not come from money or connections. What I had was a willingness to outwork the room.
The Hard Years
Almost quitting.
I started in real estate in 2007. I was a top producer at my agency, but after marketing costs I was taking home less than $30,000 a year. At one point I led a team of ten grossing half a million in commissions, and still barely broke even. I seriously thought about going back to a stable office job.
The Turn
Building a system.
I joined Huttons in 2013, and it changed everything. I cut the waste, worked out exactly what generated results, and built proper systems so every dollar could be accounted for. Then I started teaching other agents to do the same. That became the Fendy Lee Group.
Today
Where it stands.
The Fendy Lee Group is now 340 agents strong, with 16,965 transactions over the last five years and more than $20 million in team commissions in 2025. I have been recognised by EdgeProp as a Mentor Realtor in 2024 and 2026, featured on CNA Money Mind, and I am a CPD accredited trainer. Outside of property I sponsor Prison Fellowship Singapore, and at home I am married to Yvette. The part I am proudest of is simple: agents stay with me for 10 and 15 years, and clients come back and send their families.
